Description of Works Carried Out:
This project involved the design, supply and installation of air conditioning and mechanical services systems to serve new Land 200 buildings located in Enogerra. The project included:
Design and certification of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
Supply and installation of a Variable Refrigerant Volume air conditioning systems to serve offices and training areas.
Supply and installation of mechanical services systems. Systems included:
- Amenities Exhaust Systems
- Outside Air Supply Systems
Supply and installation of centralised controls to operate the above plant and equipment.
Coordination of site works with builder.
EBB Certified Commissioning of the completed systems.
