Description of Works Carried Out:
This project involved the design, supply and installation of air conditioning and mechanical services systems to serve new accommodation building located in Brisbane. The project included :
Design and certification of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
Supply and installation of a Variable Refrigerant Volume air conditioning systems to serve accommodation rooms, common areas, etc.
Supply and installation of mechanical services systems. Systems included:
- Amenities Exhaust Systems
- Outside Air Supply Systems
Supply and installation of Mechanical Switchboards and centralised controls to operate the above plant and equipment.
Coordination of site works with builder.
