These projects involved the replacement of existing DX plant with chilled water plant and equipment. Works included:
- Staged demolition of existing DX plant (package units and split ducted units) and equipment.
- Supply and installation of new air cooled chillers.
- Supply and installation of chilled water pipework.
- Supply and installation of chilled water air handling units and fan coil units.
- Chilled water reticulation including underground services.
- Mechanical Switchboards and DDC controls to operate the above plant and equipment.
- Coordination of site works with client.
- NEBB Certified Commissioning of the completed systems.
- All works carried out within operational facilities.
